Molave IT Solutions initiated operations in 2002 in Cebu, Philippines as a software and web development enterprise. The company pioneered in creating online projects and collateral applications in the region. It proffered to local and international markets.
Nearly a decade in project‐based operations and while the demand for other services upsurge, the outfit strategically expanded its feature matrix to include outsourced business processes such as contact center servicing, HR to Payroll system setup, and corporate database maintenance. It was in 2010 when the Philippines was acclaimed as “The Call Center Capital of the World” that Molave IT Solutions also launched its first in‐house call center.
Overall, the Molave IT Solutions’ call center has run 5 sales, 3 customer care, and 3 market research campaigns. The shop also trades as an intermediary for 24 different accounts, nourishing other medium‐sized call centers with projects.
The company has ramped its service arsenal by recently adding a new division, a graphic powerhouse. Molave IT Solutions is now also engaged in multimedia design, 3D graphics generation, AutoCAD, animation, film editing and audio‐video production.
